 When Nichola Kowalchek began designing jewelry years ago, she had no idea that what
started out as a hobby would result in a jewelry line. With a wire-wrapping technique she taught herself,
Nichola began creating unique one-of-a-kind pieces for fun. Some of the gemstones incorporated in her
designs include: topaz, sapphires, peridot, rubies, turquoise, freshwater pearls, as well as other stones
used in combination to create a wonderful palette of colors in her original designs.
Nichola's pieces are inspired by color and shape and feel; she loves the little details
that can be incorporated into design and believes these minute additions can make all the difference in the
outcome of a piece, like adding a unique clasp or tiny sparkling gem.
